Our experience with the OLG live chat support team was generally positive. We wanted to test if they were really available 24/7 as advertised, so we contacted them at 3am. To our happy surprise, we heard back within a few minutes, and the live chat agent resolved our query. Disappointingly, French support is only available from 8am until 4pm.

Toll-free phone support is also available (1-855-978-7529). Unlike live chat, the operational hours are restricted to 8pm until midnight. When we called the team at 10pm, we waited a long time before getting through to a representative. However, the support we eventually received was helpful, and the agent was friendly.

Our Final Thoughts About OLG Casino

OLG is a secure online casino that provides a base level of gaming and bonus offers, we don’t like the lack of banking methods and the process that it takes to get your account set up as it’s essentially an extended version of the KYC procedure.

The truth is that as long as there are other casinos that can be accessed by Canadian players, OLG with always be an afterthought.
